Child Safety Standards
Tailysmate has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit any content or behaviour that endangers minors and act promptly on valid reports.
1. Scope
These standards apply to Tailysmate (mobile app and tailysmate.com), operated by Tailysmate. Tailysmate is a social community for pet lovers. It is not directed at children under 13. Users must meet the minimum age required in their country to use social networking services.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following is strictly forbidden on Tailysmate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, sexual exploitation, or endangerment of minors
- Content that sexualises minors or encourages harm to children
- Any attempt to contact minors for abusive or exploitative purposes
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing illegal material involving minors
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
3. Reporting in the app
Users can report child safety concerns directly in Tailysmate:
- Report a user — from a profile or conversation menu
- Report a post or listing — from the content options menu
- Report a message — from the chat screen
Reports are reviewed by Tailysmate. We prioritise reports involving minors or suspected CSAM.
4. Reporting by email
Anyone may contact us at [email protected] with the subject line Child Safety Report. Please include relevant usernames, links, screenshots, or message details so we can investigate quickly.
5. How we respond
- We review reports as a priority, especially those involving minors
- We remove violating content and restrict or close offending accounts
- We preserve evidence as needed for legal and safety purposes
- We cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities when required
6. Legal compliance
Tailysmate complies with applicable child safety laws and platform policies. Where legally required, we report CSAM and related offences to the relevant regional and national authorities, including appropriate hotlines and law enforcement agencies in Türkiye and other jurisdictions as applicable.
7. Prevention
We use community guidelines, user reporting, account enforcement, and manual review of flagged content to reduce harm. We may update these standards and our enforcement practices as our service evolves.

Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları
Tailysmate, çocuk cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) ve çocuklara yönelik cinsel istismar materyaline (CSAM) karşı sıfır tolerans uygular.
1. Kapsam
Bu standartlar Tailysmate mobil uygulaması ve web sitesi için geçerlidir. Tailysmate, evcil hayvan dostları için bir sosyal topluluktur; 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.
2. Yasaklar
- CSAM veya reşit olmayanları içeren cinsel içerik
- Çocuklara yönelik istismar, grooming veya tehlikeye atma
- Reşit olmayanları cinselleştiren veya zarara teşvik eden içerik
3. Uygulama içi bildirim
Kullanıcılar profil, gönderi, ilan veya mesaj menüsünden şikâyet/bildirim gönderebilir. Çocuk güvenliği ile ilgili bildirimler öncelikli incelenir.
4. E-posta ile bildirim

5. Yasal bildirim
Yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili kurumlar ve kolluk kuvvetleriyle iş birliği yapılır; ihlal içeren içerik kaldırılır ve hesaplar kapatılabilir.
