How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by the store. iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Tailysmate. Android: Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Tailysmate. You can also use Tailysmate+ / subscription in the app.

Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a store subscription. After cancelling, Tailysmate+ stays on until the end of the paid period.
